To ensure a safe and comfortable fit, please call Dance! at (920) 749-0305
to schedule a pointe shoe fitting with one of our experienced team members! Instructor must give dancer permission before being fit for pointe shoes. Pointe shoe appointments are required and are scheduled on the half hour. The last appointment is a half hour before store closing time. No appointment necessary for other shoe purchases.
If this is your first pair of pointe shoes, congratulations!
For returning pointe shoe customers, please bring your current pair
of pointe shoes and toe pads with you to your fitting.
- Initial fittings can take up to one hour. Subsequent fittings are around 30 minutes.
- You can wear tights or we have try on socks.
- Trim your toenails.
- Prior to your scheduled fitting, please speak with your class instructor to see if they have any preferences or suggestions for you and your feet.
- Bring a camera! This is an exciting occasion for your dancer!
After Purchasing Pointe Shoes
Please remember:
- Your instructor should check your shoes BEFORE you sew or wear them.
- Unworn shoes that haven't been sewn can be exchanged for another pair of pointe shoes with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Sewing techniques differ by studio. Please talk with your instructor for details on how to sew your pointe shoes.
